These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Chalé Spirulina webshop.

1. Orders & payment

You can place an order through our webshop. Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

All prices shown on our website include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made using the payment methods available during checkout.

An order is confirmed once payment has been completed successfully.

If something goes wrong with your order or payment, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

2. Shipping & delivery

We work with external shipping partners to deliver your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping information and, where available, a track and trace link.

The expected delivery time shown on our website is an estimate. Although we always aim to get your Chalé to you as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur.

If your order is delayed, damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us so we can help find a solution.

3. Returns

We hope you love your Chalé, but if you would like to return an order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Because Chalé is a food product, products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging, where applicable under consumer law.

Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide you with the correct return instructions.

Unless otherwise required by law, the direct costs of returning the products are your responsibility.

Once we have received and inspected an eligible return, we will process the applicable refund using the original payment method.

Opened or used food products cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene where the applicable legal exception applies.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Product information

Chalé Spirulina is intended to complement a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Our products are food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

We do our best to provide clear, accurate and up to date information about our products, ingredients and recommended use.

Information provided on our website, packaging, social media channels or other communications should not be considered medical advice.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or are unsure whether spirulina is suitable for you, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Always follow the recommended use and storage instructions provided with the product.

5. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution or refund.

6. Prices & errors

We do our best to ensure that all prices, product information and other details on our website are accurate.

If an obvious error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it. If this affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before taking further action.

7. Promotions & discount codes

From time to time, Chalé may offer promotions or discount codes.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Chalé reserves the right to modify or end promotions where reasonably necessary.

8. Liability

We take great care in developing our products and providing accurate information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chalé cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of our products, failure to follow the provided instructions or use contrary to the intended purpose of the product.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

We will do our best to respond and find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

We use your personal information where necessary to process and deliver your order, provide customer service and operate our webshop.

If you choose to receive marketing communications from us, we may also use your details to keep you updated about Chalé, our products, content and offers.

11. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including our brand name, logo, photography, illustrations, graphics, product designs, packaging, copy and other materials, belongs to Chalé or is used by us with permission.

12. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example when our products, services or processes change or when required by applicable law.

The most recent version will always be available on our website.

Changes will not affect orders that were already completed before the updated Terms & Conditions came into effect, unless required by law.

13. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions and any agreements between you and Chalé are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
